2-3 steaks, beaten (or you can buy the pre-preped ones)
2 large eggs
2 Tablespoons deli style brown mustard
2 cups flour
2 cups Panko bread crumbs (optional)
Salt to taste
Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper, to taste
1. In bowl, mix the eggs and mustard.
2. In large bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip meat into egg mixture then coat with flour mixture. Place in hot, oiled pan and brown both sides. Shouldn’t take long to cook since the meat should be thin.
Serve with your choice of gravy (we liked it with brown gravy with mushrooms) and sides.
