6 Pork Chops
2 Cups Milk
1/4 Cup Spicy Brown Mustard
2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- Seasoned Pepper
Preheat oven to 450.
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Use your nose to tell if you need more spices.
2. Wisk milk and mustard in separate bowl.
3. Pat pork chops with paper towl. Dip in the milk mix.
4. Coat on both sides with your seasoned Panko crumbs and place on baking sheet.
Place in oven for 30-40 minutes until meat is cooked and bread crumbs start to darken.
