Spicy Lemon Shrimp


2 lbs raw shrimp, deveined, in shells
1 cup cold, unsalted butter, cut into
1 tsp kosher salt
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 whole lemon, juiced

Preheat oven to 375° F.

1. Rinse frozen shrimp to separate, then arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
2. In the bowl of a food processor, add cold butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, parsley, and red pepper. Pulse until combined.
3. Sprinkle cold butter crumbles over the shrimp.
4.Bake until shrimp is opaque and butter is hot and bubbly.

Serve, peel, and eat.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with hot crusty bread, and dip bread into the butter from the bottom of the pan.
