Tomato & Avocado Salad

So a cousin of mine posted a recipe for this light, refreshing salad and it showed up on my wall. So I decided to try it. This is MY version which is really only the addition of a few ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
1 or 2 Hass avocados, diced medium
2 cups grape tomatoes or 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 cucumber, peeled and diced medium
1/2 red onion, diced small
Coleslaw blend cabbage (green and purple cabbage with carrots, NO SAUCE)
Cilantro (fresh is best, but I forgot to buy it so used dried, still good)
2 teaspoons garlic, minced (mine was bad 😦 so just used garlic powder, still yum)
Lime juice
Olive oil
Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
Bacon Bits (optional)

DIRECTIONS
1) Put all veggies into a bowl and toss.
2) Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze in some lime juice. Toss again.
3) Add salt and pepper to taste. Add bacon bits if you want as well.
